Jason Andrijasevic MSc CHE C.Build.E MCABE

Jason’s experience in the construction industry extends over 25 years covering a diverse area from a trade background, quantity surveying to building surveying. Jason entered the building control profession in 2000 after which he completed a very successful career with various Local Authorities prior to moving into private practice. In 2014, Jason completed his Master’s Degree in the Conservation of the Historic Environment which now provides a diverse knowledge that includes the historic environment when conducting building control services.

John Caulfield BSc (Hons) MRICS

John’s experience of building surveying extends over 25 years from that of a professional draughtsman background to chartered building surveyor in 1995 to his current role as a building control surveyor. John’s experience has involved working within both local authority and the private practice. John has experience of safety at sports grounds, commercial and mixed use developments, providing the building control service to a variety of clients which include housing associations, design & build contractors, loft conversion contractors, basement contractors, self-build clients and a range of independent residential clients. John has also been acknowledged as a full member of the Building Control Alliance technical committee.
