Note: this being the date when you have completed the ground floor structure or 15% of all the build.

    I (The Client) give notice to Thames Building Control Ltd (The RBCA), the building work as described on the Initial Notice is regarded as commenced on the above date and I have notified the RBCA no more than five working days after the day on which the work is to be regarded as commenced.
